Now that I'm learning to crochet, I am excited when I see cute hats like this. Ok, must move past single crochet and start getting busy on the various techniques.
ReplyDeleteAll you need is slip stitch, single crochet, half double crochet, and double crochet for this one. Awesome that you're learning crochet!
DeleteThat is awesome! I don't live in a place cold enough to wear hats, but if I did, I'd make this hat. I wanna learn the stitch, though, and maybe put it into other things, like house-shoe-boot cuffs.
ReplyDeleteIt's such a pretty stitch. If you're doing it on square-ish items, make your stitch count odd & add a sc to the beginning.
DeleteLooks fantastic. Thank you for the pattern. Love the colour of the the yarn
ReplyDeleteThanks!
